I assume you’re referring to Schumann resonances. Two issues:
- A 7Hz sound is not audible by any human. You might be able to feel it if it’s quite loud, but even then it would be more a periodic compression than “sound”
- More importantly, Schumann resonances are not sound at all. It’s 7.83Hz on the electromagnetic spectrum. They are “radio waves”, not sound waves.
Is there a place on Earth where it can be felt more palpably?
It cannot be felt at any level in any place. Not by humans at least
So why do people sometimes report a “hum”, often children, where there’ snot actually any sound?
