God, shorts wearers live in your heads rent free. I wore pants today and have had 5 people make comments. I literally do not think about how anyone else dresses for weather but it seems everyone thinks about me a lot.

61·4 days agoNo exercise and lack of muscle really makes life harder.
Disc golf. Standing and walking a lot. Keeping a strong back. I have a bulging disc and strong back really helps. Not being crazy overweight.
Yeah I would rather be mildly chilly than sweat and be absolutely freezing.
