I still don’t get it, has vaporeon been sexualised recently ?

Was expecting something more…human-like after that. This falls well within the bounds of bestiality.
most Pokemon have human level intelligence or greater, so not bestiality, actually.
Somehow that doesn’t make it better.
it actually makes the setting kinda horrifying. Those are people, and they’re mostly treated like pets because they can’t talk.
Don’t forget that there’s a considerable number of pokemon that are psychic and can read/manipulate/control thoughts and even eat dreams
