      I think it just means, likely that the lemmy users have “seen some shit” that eventually caused them to join Lemmy instead of the horde of reddit users.

      It’s not an amazing meme and I’m not sure I agree with it, but in my understanding it is trying to say that we, Lemmy users, are experienced and not naive unlike Reddit users.

        I think Lemmy trends older and has less bots.

        Nothing like having bots and random high schoolers spam you with bad faith arguments.

        I generally find that if you avoid the tankie spaces there’s a really good ratio of valuable exchanges to pissing contests.
