4 days agoGo outside for 3 miles a day minimum 6 days a week. Can be bike, walk, run, ski, hike, etc. I usually do quite a bit more but this has kept me in great shape and it really helps with my focus and productivity.

So exercise with your kids. I got in great shape doing just that. And my kid is in such good shape he has broken longstanding fitness records at his school.
