This is called bar pizza where I am and it’s great when done right. But it also needs to be eaten hot. Once it congeals it changes the texture too much.

Don’t sleep on a lettuce tomato and mayo sandwich. You gotta get it just right, but is honestly the best struggle meal there is imo.
